Trade show mastery workshop for exhibitors: 3 days to go from winging it to winning it

trade show workshop

This 3-day live online workshop teaches the exhibitor the depth of the M.A.G.I.C. Exhibiting™ Formula, the system for exhibitor to learn How to be successful at trade shows. During it your team learns the complete system for trade show performance: how to select the right show and prepare for it, how to attract the right visitors, how to run conversations that convert, and how to follow up in a way that generate sales, not just "brand recognition" that no one can define.
Sessions run Tuesday to Thursday so you can get yor week job done on mondays and fridays. You need to book it a minum of 12 weeks, ideally 16 weeks, before your show.
You'll find the sessions timetable below.

Why you need to book your workshop 12 to 16 weeks before your trade show

Most exhibitors think of training as a nice-to-have final polish before they attend. Something to schedule the day before the trip, once the booth design is confirmed and the team list is set.

That is too late.

Twelve to sixteen weeks is not an arbitrary window. It is the minimum time for a strategy to develop, logistics to happen and the team to be trained and aligned with it, so when D day starts no one is asking "what's supposed to happen again?"

Your team needs enough time to absorb what their objectives are for those three days, and sharpen their reflexes to deliver in minutes, for hours in a row and over the course of several exhausting days. But they can only do this job well when there is enough room for their brains to breathe and their bodies to rest between the workshop and the show floor.

Train them too close to the show and your team will not have time to install the new habit. Our clients need to book their 3-day training session, learning the M.A.G.I.C. Exhibiting Formula 12 to 16 weeks out, otherwise, they can't join.
